Als projectleider krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over één of twee uitdagende bouwprojecten, afhankelijk van de omvang. Je werkt nauw samen met een directeur projecten en stuurt een sterk projectteam aan. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, beslissingen te maken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een organisatie waar kennisdeling en samenwerking vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je realiseert en coördineert grotere bouwprojecten.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget en resources.
  • Je stuurt het volledige projectteam aan.
  • Je volgt kwaliteit en uitvoering nauwgezet op.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met alle stakeholders.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een bouwonderneming gespecialiseerd in uitdagende totaalprojecten. Je werkt samen met een ervaren directeur projecten en stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan met BIM ingenieurs, projectingenieurs werkvoorbereiding, werfleiders, klantenbegeleiding en een uitvoerend team dat afhankelijk van het project kan oplopen tot 200 medewerkers. Binnen de organisatie staan samenwerking, kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal.

  • Master Bouwkunde.
  • Minimum 10 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen algemene bouwwerken of totaalprojecten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Engels en Frans.
