Dan is deze rol jou op het lijf geschreven. Als Manager Business Control speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van Growers United. Je bent een strategische sparringpartner voor directie en management en helpt de organisatie sturen op basis van rendement, voorspelbaarheid en datagedreven inzicht. Je vertaalt cijfers naar concrete keuzes en zorgt dat financiële en operationele informatie daadwerkelijk wordt gebruikt om de business beter te sturen. Het analyseren van het speelveld, beoordelen van externe investeringsmogelijkheden en faciliteren van groei- en financieringsvraagstukken voor leden van de coöperatie vormt ook een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie. Door inzichten te verbinden en kansen te signaleren, help je de organisatie toekomstbestendig te blijven en strategische ambities te realiseren. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Finance, ICT, Business Analytics, Operations en Commercie en bent de verbindende schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie vertaal je strategische en tactische vraagstukken naar concrete oplossingen en begeleid je verbeterinitiatieven die de organisatie verder helpen.
