Ben jij een ervaren calculator of werkvoorbereider binnen de bouw en/of infra en klaar voor een volgende stap in je carrière? Heb jij de kennis, ervaring en het leiderschap om een team aan te sturen en processen verder te professionaliseren? Dan is deze functie als Manager Calculatie & Werkvoorbereiding een mooie uitdaging. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van het team calculatie en werkvoorbereiding. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen tenderfase, voorbereiding en uitvoering en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succesvol realiseren van projecten. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden; • Leidinggeven aan en coachen van medewerkers binnen calculatie en werkvoorbereiding; • Coördineren en bewaken van tender-, calculatie- en voorbereidingsprocessen; • Beoordelen en bespreken van complexe begrotingen, calculaties en prijsaanbiedingen; • Vertalen van klantvragen naar technisch haalbare en financieel aantrekkelijke oplossingen; • Signaleren en beheersen van projectrisico's en kansen; • Initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen; • Stimuleren van samenwerking tussen calculatie, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering; • Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en rendement binnen de afdeling; • Bijdragen aan de strategische ontwikkeling en verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Je profiel • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar of mbo niveau 4 aangevuld met ruime relevante werkervaring;
