In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de strategische doelen van ons bedrijf. Je bent het gezicht van ons engineeringsteam en draagt bij aan een cultuur van open communicatie, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid. Naast je leidinggevende taken, ben je actief betrokken bij: - Leiderschap en effectief management van het team engineers en modelleurs/tekenaars, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de prioriteiten en prestaties in lijn zijn met de strategische doelen van deze organisatie. - Continue streven naar verbetering van de kwaliteit, optimalisatie en efficiëntie van de engineeringsprocessen. - Het bevorderen van de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van medewerkers binnen het team. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie. - Hbo-diploma in Elektrotechniek met voldoende technische kennis voor communicatie met klanten en adviseurs over het ontwerp. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Leiderschapsvaardigheden om het team van engineers en modelleurs te leiden met aandacht voor strategische doelen en individuele behoeften van medewerkers. - Organisatorisch en planningstechnisch inzicht.
