Opdrachtomschrijving Bij de Gemeente Dijk en Waard zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren interim facilitair manager die ons facilitaire team verder professionaliseert en positioneert binnen de organisatie. De afgelopen periode is binnen het facilitaire domein een verandertraject ingezet. In dit verandertraject hebben we gewerkt aan onze zichtbaarheid binnen de organisatie en ingezet op uitbreiding en positionering van onze twee facilitair adviseurs. Voor de volgende fase zoeken wij een stevige, verbindende en resultaatgerichte manager die deze ontwikkeling voortzet, medewerkers hierin meeneemt en de ingezette koers verder professionaliseert. De focus van de opdracht ligt nadrukkelijk op het facilitaire domein. Daarbij speelt een belangrijke huisvestingsopgave. Momenteel werken wij aan de verbouwing van het gemeentehuis. Vanuit jouw rol vertegenwoordig je de facilitaire belangen binnen dit project en zorg je ervoor dat de effecten van de verbouwing goed landen binnen de organisatie. Vormgeven van de toekomstvisie op het facilitaire team met bijbehorende rollen en taken en positionering van dit team binnen de organisatie. Voortzetten van de professionalisering van het facilitaire team en het verder vergroten van de zichtbaarheid binnen de organisatie. Doorontwikkelen van de facilitaire dienstverlening. Optimaliseren van processen, dienstverlening en samenwerking. Adviseren van management en directie over facilitaire vraagstukken. Vertalen van strategische ontwikkelingen naar concrete verbeteringen.
