De afgelopen jaren zijn belangrijke stappen gezet op het gebied van financieel herstel, organisatieontwikkeling en het versterken van de bedrijfsvoering. Tegelijkertijd ligt er een stevige opgave om de organisatie verder te professionaliseren, de informatievoorziening te versterken en de financiële sturing verder te ontwikkelen. Als Manager Finance & Control krijg je de ruimte én het vertrouwen om hierin een bepalende rol te spelen. Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam Bedrijfsvoering, rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Directeur Bedrijfsvoering en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel de directie als de Raad van Bestuur. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar maatschappelijke betrokkenheid, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Samen met een betrokken team van controllers, financiële professionals en collega's binnen de bedrijfsvoering werk je aan een financieel gezonde organisatie die klaar is voor de toekomst.
