Voor een internationale organisatie in de regio Naarden zoeken wij een Senior Manager Finance & Operations. In deze brede MT-functie bepaal je samen met de overige MT-leden het beleid en de koers van de organisatie. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor Finance en geeft daarnaast leiding aan verschillende operationele en facilitaire afdelingen. Vanuit jouw positie creëer je overzicht, stimuleer je samenwerking en zorg je ervoor dat mensen, processen en afdelingen beter op elkaar aansluiten. Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal opererende organisatie die hoogwaardige technische oplossingen levert aan diverse sectoren. Met specialistische kennis en innovatieve toepassingen helpt de organisatie haar klanten om processen efficiënter, veiliger en duurzamer in te richten. In Nederland werken ongeveer 180 - 200 medewerkers. De organisatie heeft stevige groeiambities en wil de Nederlandse jaaromzet de komende jaren laten groeien naar € 100 miljoen. Jouw rol Als Senior Manager Finance & Operations maak je deel uit van het lokale managementteam. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie, andere MT-leden en internationale stakeholders en bent een stevige gesprekspartner op zowel financieel als operationeel gebied. Je vertaalt complexe informatie naar heldere inzichten, onderbouwde keuzes en concrete verbeteringen. Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een betrouwbare financiële organisatie. Hieronder vallen onder meer de maand- en jaarafsluitingen, financiële verslaglegging volgens IFRS, managementrapportages, budgettering en forecasting. Je bent een strategische en ondernemende leider die verder kijkt dan de dagelijkse operatie. Je combineert een stevige financiële basis met een toekomstgerichte visie en krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van mensen en het verbeteren van processen. Je signaleert kansen, creëert draagvlak en weet anderen mee te nemen in veranderingen. Daarnaast beschik je over: - een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting; - minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een financiële managementfunctie, bij voorkeur binnen een internationale en technische organisatie; - je hebt ervaring met complexe ERP-systemen (SAP/ Oracle/ JD Edwards), ervaring met SAP S/4HANA is een pré; - je hebt een bovengemiddelde interesse in automatisering, AI en procesoptimalisatie; - ruime kennis van financiële planning, managementrapportages en financiële verslaglegging; - kennis van IFRS of de bereidheid je hierin verder te verdiepen; - aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring en het vermogen om professionals te motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen; - het vermogen om financiële en operationele inzichten te vertalen naar strategische keuzes en concrete verbeteringen; - een sterk gevoel van eigenaarschap en een integere en zorgvuldige manier van werken; - uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
