Wie zoeken we? Als Coördinator Flexpool krijg je energie van mensen verbinden, begeleiden en in beweging krijgen. Je weet wat er speelt, ziet talent en zorgt ervoor dat flexmedewerkers en FL!NCNC-collega's zich verbonden voelen met de organisatie. Tegelijkertijd houd je oog voor de behoeften van de locaties en de continuïteit van de zorg. Je bent zelfstandig, organisatorisch sterk en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende niveaus. Ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt, houd jij overzicht en weet je de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting HRM, management of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring en affiniteit met planning - Sterke communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden - Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en een proactieve houding - Ervaring met systemen zoals AFAS, Teams en Outlook is een pré Wat bieden wij je? Je krijgt een jaarcontract met bij goed functioneren uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. De functie is ingedeeld in FWG 50 volgens de CAO VVT. - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.502,45 tot €4.822,50 op fulltime basis - Een functie van 32 tot 36 uur per week - Een nieuwe functie waarin je volop ruimte krijgt om te bouwen en mee te denken - Een werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, ontwikkeling en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan
