Als floormanager ben jij de drijvende kracht op de vloer van het Clubhuis. Jij houdt het overzicht, zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt en creëert een gastvrije sfeer waarin iedereen zich meteen welkom voelt. Met jouw energie, voorbeeldgedrag en servicegerichte houding ben jij hét gezicht van de organisatie.

Je bent een natuurlijke gastheer of gastvrouw en fungeert als vast aanspreekpunt voor gasten, collega’s en partners. Of het nu gaat om een vraag, verzoek of onverwachte situatie: jij schakelt snel en professioneel en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen met een goed gevoel het Clubhuis verlaat.

De afdeling Floor bestaat uit een enthousiast team van vijf collega’s, waarmee je nauw samenwerkt om elke dag weer de beste beleving neer te zetten.

Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt het leuk om op wisselende tijden te werken, passend bij de diensten en evenementen die in het Clubhuis plaatsvinden.

- Mbo werk- en denkniveau - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en werkt graag in wisselende diensten op verschillende tijdstippen - Enige leidinggevende ervaring in een dynamische omgeving - Bij voorkeur: Inzicht in de (wettelijke) voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid en (sociale) hygiëne (SEH dipoma) - Je beheerst zowel mondeling als schriftelijk de Nederlandse taal
