Je kijkt goed naar wat een team nodig heeft en geeft medewerkers de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Soms stuur je bij, soms coach je, soms ben je vooral aanwezig en luister je. Jij bepaalt niet vooraf hoe het moet, maar kijkt wat de situatie vraagt. Wat ga je doen? Als manager zorg organiseer je samen met medewerkers, cliënten en verwanten én vrijwilligers de allerbeste zorg op jouw locaties. Zuidwester werkt met zelfverantwoordelijke teams. Jij weet precies wat een team nodig heeft en laat de context bepalen hoeveel verantwoordelijkheid een team krijgt. Dit doe je vanuit de principes van dienend leiderschap, Je bent dichtbij, maar blijft toch op gepaste afstand. Je ondersteunt en faciliteert medewerkers waar nodig. Je geeft advies, biedt een luisterend oor, coacht en bent er simpelweg gewoon. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om creatief te zijn, zolang het past binnen de kaders van Zuidwester. Samen met collega-managers en medewerkers geef je inhoud aan de kernwaarden van Zuidwester binnen de regio Zeeland. Je belangrijkste doel: tevreden cliënten, verwanten en medewerkers. Natuurlijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor organisatorische, personele, budgettaire en zorginhoudelijke zaken. Daarnaast zijn er verschillende taken en projecten verdeeld binnen het team van zorgmanagers. Waar ga je werken?
