Een strategische HR-leider die ontwikkelingen in de arbeidsmarkt vertaalt naar beleid, leiderschap versterkt en een organisatie helpt groeien. Je krijgt de unieke kans om impact te maken op de ontwikkeling van ruim 900 medewerkers, meer dan 60 vestigingen en circa 7.000 kinderen in Oost-Nederland. Dit maakt deze functie bijzonder KOSMO bevindt zich in een belangrijke ontwikkelfase. De kinderopvang staat voor grote uitdagingen op het gebied van arbeidsmarkt, leiderschap, duurzame inzetbaarheid, kwaliteit en organisatieontwikkeling. Tegelijkertijd groeien we als organisatie en investeren we in verdere professionalisering. Als Manager HR krijg je de ruimte én verantwoordelijkheid om hier richting aan te geven. Je bent lid van het Management Team, rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directeur Bedrijfsvoering en vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar een krachtige HR-strategie. Je leidt een deskundig HR-team en zorgt ervoor dat HR niet alleen ondersteunend is, maar daadwerkelijk bijdraagt aan de strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Dit is een functie voor een HR-professional die impact wil maken op organisatieniveau.
