DE FUNCTIE Als Manager Huishouding ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige schoonmaak en housekeeping binnen alle bedrijven van Twin Peaks Hospitality. Je bent een natuurlijke leider met oog voor detail, die zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van schoonmaak- en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je geeft leiding aan 2 supervisors en ongeveer 20 medewerkers.Je werkt samen met een dynamisch, internationaal en ambitieus team dat elke dag streeft naar topkwaliteit en gastvrijheid op het hoogste niveau. Op termijn wordt verwacht dat je ook deel uitmaakt van het Management Team, waar je meedenkt over strategische keuzes en bedrijfsvoering.

TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN • Zorgen voor een optimale personeelsbezetting binnen de verschillende outlets. • Regelen van verlof en effectief beleid voeren op plus-/minsaldo. • Begeleiden, inspireren en coachen van medewerkers. • Sollicitatiegesprekken voeren en nieuwe medewerkers selecteren. • Goedkeuren van voorstellen voor opleidingen, promoties en ontslag. • Waarborgen en consequent uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en kwaliteitsstandaarden. • Evalueren en optimaliseren van werkprocessen en procedures. • Afstemmen van operationele zaken binnen de teams. • Zorgen voor de juiste en voldoende materialen, apparatuur en tools. • Opvragen van offertes en onderhandelen met leveranciers. • Behandelen en oplossen van klachten.TWIN PEAKS HOSPITALITY Twin Peaks Hospitality bestaat uit vier merken: Beaumont, The Dutch, Harry's en de Founders Bar.
