Aufgaben

* Aktiver Aufbau und Betreuung von Busreise-, Gruppenreise- und Incoming-Unternehmen im DACH-Raum

* Akquise neuer Partner_innen und Ausbau bestehender Beziehungen

* Entwicklung und Vermarktung attraktiver Gruppen- und Ausflugsangebote

* Teilnahme an Messen, Workshops, Roadshows und Branchenveranstaltungen

* Angebots- und Vertragsmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb & Marketing

* Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, Identifikation neuer Potenziale

* Ergebnisverantwortung für definierte Umsatz- und Besuchsziele

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Tourismus, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft

* Berufserfahrung im Tourismusvertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Gruppen- oder Busreisen

* Ausgeprägte Vertriebsstärke und Freude an persönlichem Networking

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des DACH-Raumes

* Branchenkontakte von Vorteil
