The posting

Bij een producent van maatwerkproducten voor binnen en buiten in Heteren geef je richting aan de automatisering van productie en logistiek. Je eerste focus ligt op de productie van kunststof wandpanelen: van printen en coaten tot zagen, automatisch sorteren, opslaan en transportklaar maken. Je vertaalt deze procesketen naar een geïntegreerde automatiseringsoplossing en begeleidt de realisatie van functioneel ontwerp tot commissioning. Daarbij combineer je technische keuzes met investeringsbeslissingen en een onderhoudsstrategie voor het machinepark. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je aan PLC-besturingen, robotica en systeemintegraties op het niveau van ontwerp, projectregie en optimalisatie. Je bouwt een nieuw team Technische Dienst Engineering op en helpt engineers zich vakinhoudelijk te ontwikkelen. Als MT-lid stem je prioriteiten rechtstreeks af met de directie en andere disciplines. Je verbreedt je eigen expertise bij de optimalisatie van een tweede productielocatie en de inrichting van toekomstige locaties in Europa. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerp en realiseer de geïntegreerde automatisering van productieprocessen en interne logistiek. - Regisseer machineaanschaf, functioneel ontwerp, commissioning en monitoring van automatiseringsprojecten. - Bouw het team Technische Dienst Engineering op en coach en begeleid de engineers. - Ontwikkel en implementeer een onderhoudsstrategie gericht op beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid. - Verbind PLC-besturingen, robotica en omliggende systemen tot een samenhangende procesketen. - Bepaal als MT-lid technische prioriteiten en rapporteer rechtstreeks aan de directie. - Begeleid optimalisaties in Elst en de technische inrichting van toekomstige Europese productielocaties. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Industriële Automatisering, Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Technische Informatica. - Je brengt minimaal 5–7 jaar relevante ervaring met het automatiseren van productieprocessen mee. - Je.
