Om dat op een betrouwbare, veilige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige manier te doen, zoeken we een Manager Kwaliteit, Compliance & Risicobeheersing. 32-40 7.000 - 8.000 Utrecht / Hybride JOUW ROL ALS MANAGER KWALITEIT, COMPLIANCE & RISOCOBEHEERSING In deze senior rol ben jij de drijvende kracht achter kwaliteit, compliance, privacy en risicobeheersing binnen GITP. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze managementsystemen niet alleen voldoen aan de relevante normen en wetgeving, maar vooral bijdragen aan een organisatie die continu leert, verbetert en verantwoord groeit. Je bent sparringpartner voor directie en management, coördineert onze ISO 9001- en ISO 27001-managementsystemen en draagt als Privacy Officer bij aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Als Manager Kwaliteit, Compliance & Risicobeheersing heb je een brede regierol op het gebied van kwaliteit, governance, compliance, privacy en risicomanagement. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen deze vakgebieden en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving, normen en risico's naar werkbare processen en beheersmaatregelen. Daarbij beweeg je je gemakkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering: van directieadvies en managementreviews tot audits, verbeterinitiatieven en bewustwordingsprogramma's. Je werkt organisatiebreed samen en bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor directie, management, auditors en externe adviseurs. DIT GA JE DOEN - Regie voeren op het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (ISO 9001) en het continu verbeteren van processen. - Coördineren van interne en externe audits en certificeringstrajecten. - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van compliance- en risicomanagementbeleid. - Identificeren, analyseren en monitoren van operationele, juridische, financiële en reputatierisico's. - Adviseren van directie en management over governance, interne beheersing...
