Als Manager Projectbeheersing ben jij de spil in het bewaken van de kwaliteit, planning en financiën van complexe civiele projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers en opdrachtgevers om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten binnen scope, budget en planning worden opgeleverd. Jouw strategische blik en analytische vermogen zorgen ervoor dat risico's tijdig worden gesignaleerd en beheerst. Je bent de sparringpartner voor het projectteam en draagt actief bij aan de continue verbetering van projectbeheersingsprocessen binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe methodieken en tools die de projectbeheersing naar een hoger niveau tillen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Het opzetten en implementeren van projectbeheersingssystemen voor complexe civiele projecten; - Het bewaken van projectplanning, budget en risico's gedurende de gehele projectlevenscyclus; - Het adviseren van projectleiders en directie over projectprestaties en verbetermogelijkheden; - Het uitvoeren van analyses en rapportages over voortgang, kosten en risico's; - Het coördineren van change management processen en het beoordelen van meerwerk; - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van standaarden en procedures voor projectbeheersing; - Het begeleiden en coachen van junior projectcontrollers en engineers; - Het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers over projectbeheersingsaspecten; - Het identificeren van verbeterkansen en het initiëren van innovatieve oplossingen.
