Jouw rol Als QHSE Manager bij VDL HMI ben je onderdeel van het managementteam en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het totale kwaliteitsbeleid. Je werkterrein omvat technische, kwaliteits-, arbo- en milieuaspecten. Duurzaamheid staat binnen VDL HMI hoog in het vaandel. Je voornaamste werkzaamheden: - Ontwikkelen en beheren van kwaliteits- en milieusystemen (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & EN 1090) - Ontwikkelen en beheren van duurzaamheidsaspecten (CO2 prestatieladder, MKI & CSRD) - Begeleiden van interne en externe audits, rapporteren van bevindingen en opvolgen van acties - Initiëren van verbeterprojecten en nemen van correctieve en preventieve maatregelen - Leidinggeven aan de kwaliteitsafdeling, bestaande uit drie collega's op de meetkamer en één lascoördinator. - Stimuleren van kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de gehele organisatie Jouw kracht - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in een technische richting; - Ervaring in de techniek.
