Manager QHSE gezocht Je bent zowel op operationeel, tactisch als beleidsmatig niveau werkzaam en richt je met name op het handhaven, verbeteren en monitoren van het QHSE beleid voor de wereldwijde projecten. ( 20 maart 2022 , Erik Schüssel ) In een wereld waar duurzaam geteelde producten voorop staan, wordt de vraag naar hightech, efficiënt ingerichte kassen steeds groter. Onze klant speelt een vooraanstaande rol in het wereldwijd realiseren van tuinbouwprojecten, door op maat gemaakte projecten (5 - 20 Mio) voor de klanten te ontwikkelen en project managen. Vanwege de groei in het aantal projecten en de complexiteit zijn we op zoek naar een QHSE Manager. Je bent zowel op operationeel, tactisch als beleidsmatig niveau werkzaam en richt je met name op het handhaven, verbeteren en monitoren van het QHSE beleid voor de wereldwijde projecten. Een overzicht van je verantwoordelijkheden in deze positie met brede verantwoordelijkheid: - Managen van QHSE afdeling - Uitzetten QHSE beleid - Oplossen complexe internationale QHSE vraagstukken - Uitvoeren interne en externe audits - Aanspreekpunt voor klanten, overheidsinstanties en QHSE auditors Wat voor achtergrond is een goede match? - Ervaring met het leiden van een QHSE team - Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding; HVK of technische opleiding - Enkele jaren ervaring met QHSE op constructie projecten; het liefst internationaal - Goede beheersing Engels; Nederlands is mooi meegenomen Het betreft een cruciale positie binnen een onderneming van 150 man sterk, met een informele cultuur en een professionele en goede werksfeer. Zij bieden goede persoonlijke ontwikkelmogelijkheden, een positie en afdeling die (grotendeels) zelf is in te richten en een uitgebreid salarispakket (basis 50.000 - 70.000 euro/jaar, incl. 32 vakantiedagen, winstdeling).
