Ons team richt zich op uitdagingen op het gebied van digitalisering en risicobeheersing in het brede bedrijfsvoeringsdomein van de Rijksoverheid. De Rijksoverheid moet meer met minder, terwijl de regeldruk toeneemt - NIS2/Cbw, AI Act, AVG - en er terecht grote zorgen bestaan over de digitale weerbaarheid. Tegelijk wordt het Comptabel bestel herzien. Dat vraagt om investeringen in nieuwe control- en assurancemodellen: eigen beheersingsfuncties, organisatiebrede risk & control frameworks en datagedreven monitoring. Wij bouwen daaraan mee. Sluit je aan bij ons team en help de transformatie van control & audit binnen de Rijksoverheid vorm te geven. Dit ga je doen Als manager binnen de publieke sector draag je bij aan het versterken van risicomanagement binnen publieke organisaties. Je adviseert op directieniveau, begeleidt technologiegedreven transformaties en vertaalt complexe wet- en regelgeving naar beheersing die daadwerkelijk in het werkproces landt, niet naar een rapportage achteraf. Je werkt in opdracht van directeuren FEZ, CIO's en hoofden Audit, en beweegt je daarmee in zowel de financiële als de digitaliseringskolom. Je bevordert teamgroei door coaching en samenwerking op projecten. In deze functie worden jouw leiderschapsvaardigheden en innovatief denken gewaardeerd en gestimuleerd. Een voorbeeld van een van de vraagstukken waar jij je mee bezig gaat houden: je helpt een publieke dienstverlener om complexe regelgeving te vertalen naar een werkend risicomanagement raamwerk met bijbehorende monitoring.
