Als manager salarisadministratie geef je leiding aan een team van 6 salarisadministratiemedewerkers en 2 experts. Je gaat aan de slag bij een organisatie die ondernemers ondersteunt op het gebied van personeelszaken. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat de salarisverwerking voor opdrachtgevers en medewerkers correct, op tijd en zorgvuldig verloopt. Je rapporteert direct aan de CFO en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen de organisatie. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van de medewerkers en experts binnen het team. - Overzicht houden, prioriteiten stellen en de werkzaamheden goed verdelen. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van de salarisverwerking. - Maken, analyseren en verbeteren van rapportages om prestaties, risico's en verbeterkansen in beeld te brengen. - Zorgen dat het team op tijd inspeelt op wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving. - Verbeteren van processen, procedures en werkwijzen. - Beperken van operationele en financiële risico's binnen backofficeprocessen. - Leiden van projecten die bijdragen aan een betere afdeling en organisatie.
