De organisatie is ontstaan uit een succesvolle bundeling van meerdere bedrijven en heeft zich de afgelopen jaren ontwikkeld tot een toonaangevende speler in deze niche. Met een goed ontwikkelde e-commerce basis, internationale partners en een duidelijke groeistrategie blijft TLC zich doorontwikkelen. De cultuur is ondernemend en praktisch, met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor initiatief. Tegelijkertijd staat de organisatie aan de vooravond van verdere professionalisering, waarbij processen slimmer, schaalbaarder en toekomstbestendiger worden ingericht. De functie Als Manager Sales Support bij TLC Holland stap je in een rol waarin bouwen centraal staat. Je geeft leiding aan de binnendienstteams op twee locaties (5FTE) en brengt deze samen tot één goed georganiseerd en toekomstbestendig geheel. Jouw toegevoegde waarde zit niet alleen in het aansturen van mensen, maar vooral in het aanbrengen van structuur, duidelijkheid en richting. Je brengt de afdeling naar een hoger niveau door processen te stroomlijnen en meer consistentie in de werkwijze aan te brengen. Door slim gebruik te maken van data, automatisering en AI optimaliseer je de operatie en creëer je ruimte voor verdere groei, zonder dat de organisatie overzicht verliest. Tegelijkertijd blijf je dicht bij de praktijk en draai je waar nodig mee, zodat je scherp houdt waar de uitdagingen...
