Krijg jij energie van het verbinden van mensen, inhoud en bedrijfsvoering? En heb je een stevige achtergrond in de GGZ en/of verslavingszorg? Als Manager Specialistische GGZ geef je leiding aan meerdere multidisciplinaire teams in Den Bosch en Oss. Je werkt samen met bevlogen professionals aan goede en passende zorg en geeft richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de teams en het zorgaanbod in Noordoost-Brabant. Daarbij schakel je gemakkelijk tussen de dagelijkse praktijk en de koers van de organisatie. Een veelzijdige rol waarin je ruimte krijgt om mee te bouwen aan de specialistische zorg van de toekomst. Dit ga je doen Als manager ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor meerdere multidisciplinaire teams in de regio Den Bosch en Oss. Je geeft, direct en indirect, leiding aan teams die werken met diverse doelgroepen binnen de specialistische en basis GGZ. Samen met collega-managers en de RVE-directeur ontwikkel je tactisch en strategisch beleid en vertaal je dit naar concrete jaarplannen voor jouw teams. Je stuurt op een gezonde bedrijfsvoering en zorgt dat afspraken op het gebied van personeel, kwaliteit, productie en budget worden gerealiseerd. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en borging van beleid en veranderopgaven binnen de teams. Binnen jouw mandaat neem je deel aan regionale en organisatiebrede samenwerkings- en innovatieprojecten en geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw teams. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het personeelsbeleid, teamontwikkeling, verzuimbegeleiding en duurzame inzetbaarheid en werkt continu aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen en het realiseren van verandertrajecten, zowel binnen jouw teams als samen met ketenpartners. Je houdt ontwikkelingen binnen de zorg nauwlettend in de gaten en vertaalt deze naar innovatie en concrete verbet...
