Manager Technische Dienst | Tot €7.461,- p/m! Als Manager Technische Dienst ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de technische continuïteit van meerdere productieafdelingen en locaties. Je stuurt monteurs en technisch leidinggevenden aan, bewaakt onderhoudsplannen, prestaties, veiligheid en budget, en begeleidt projecten rond nieuwe machines, automatisering en modernisering. Je krijgt een salaris van €4.631 tot €7.461 bruto per maand, een fulltime contract van 40 uur, 24 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering van 3,25%, reiskostenvergoeding, pensioen, laptop en telefoon. - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst / Werving en selectie Geef leiding aan de Technische Dienst van een moderne productieomgeving in Delft en zorg dat machines, installaties en onderhoud steeds beter georganiseerd worden. Je werkt 40 uur per week, stuurt een compact technisch team aan en bent betrokken bij onderhoud, storingsanalyses, automatisering en technische investeringen. Als Manager Technische Dienst ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de technische continuïteit van meerdere productieafdelingen en locaties. Jouw belangrijkste taak is zorgen dat het team goed functioneert, onderhoud vooruit wordt gepland en technische problemen niet iedere week opnieuw terugkomen. - Aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van monteurs en technisch leidinggevenden; - Opstellen en bewaken van preventieve onderhoudsplannen en de technische werkvoorraad; - Bewaken van technische prestaties, veiligheid, planning en beschikbaarheid van machines; - Beheren van het onderhoudsbudget en beoordelen van offertes, leveranciers en technische investeringen; - Begeleiden van projecten rondom nieuwe machines, automatisering en modernisering van productielijnen; - Overleggen met productie, kwaliteit, leveranciers en het management over techniek en toekomstige verbeteringen.
