Dit ga je doen Als Manager Tender en Bedrijfsbureau ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen commercie, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en optimaliseren van alle processen binnen het bedrijfsbureau. Dankzij jouw overzicht, organisatorische vaardigheden en daadkracht worden projecten niet alleen succesvol binnengehaald, maar ook uitstekend voorbereid voor een vliegende start. Wat ga je doen als Manager Tender en Bedrijfsbureau? - Coördineren en begeleiden van aanbestedingen en tendertrajecten van begin tot eind; - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van calculatie-, werkvoorbereidings- en tenderwerkzaamheden; - Zorgdragen voor een soepele overdracht van voorbereidingsfase naar uitvoering; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en deze vertalen naar concrete procesoptimalisaties; - Stimuleren van kennisdeling, evaluaties en een cultuur van continu verbeteren; - Aansturen en verbinden van betrokken collega's binnen het bedrijfsbureau; - Intensief samenwerken met directie, projectleiders, calculators, werkvoorbereiders en opdrachtgevers.
