Je werkt samen met collega's en externe partners, brengt structuur en overzicht en zorgt voor balans tussen capaciteit, planning en kwaliteit. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen het VTH-domein en beschikt over sterke adviesvaardigheden. Wat je gaat doen - Dagelijkse aansturing van de afdelingen Toezicht en Handhaving en Vergunningen - Aansturen van teams met toezichthouders, juristen, boa's, casemanagers en vergunningverleners - Bijdragen aan uitvoering en handhaving van gemeentelijk beleid volgens VTH-strategie en jaarplan - Samenwerken met collega's van andere afdelingen en externe partners - Aanspreekpunt voor het bestuur en adviseren van directie en bestuur - Bewaken van overzicht, prioriteiten, capaciteit, planning en kwaliteit - Structuur, overzicht en prioriteit aanbrengen binnen de afdelingen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als teammanager, teamleider, domeinmanager of functioneel leidinggevende - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen het werkgebied VTH van een gemeente of overheidsorganisatie - Aantoonbare werkervaring met werken in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving - Aantoonbare werkervaring met en kennis van de inhoudelijke thema's binnen Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving - Communicatief vaardig (schriftelijk en mondeling) - Bestuurlijk sensitief - Omgevingsbewust - Luisteren - R...
