Manager Wonen Breng richting, creëer verbinding en bouw mee aan de toekomst van onze organisatie WO 36 uur Roelofarendsveen en Zoeterwoude Wij zoeken voor: WYwonen dit is de functie WYwonen zoekt voor haar nieuwe fusie-organisatie een manager Wonen met visie, daadkracht en mensgericht leiderschap. Een strategische denker die koers geeft, het team laat groeien en zorgt voor een stabiele en toekomstbestendige fusieorganisatie. Ben jij een manager die mensen weet te verbinden en zet jij je graag in voor onze maatschappelijke opgave als woningcorporatie? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou. Per 1 november fuseren wij met twee andere corporaties in het Groene Hart. Door krachten te bundelen ontstaat een corporatie van ruim 9.000 verhuureenheden en de organisatie ook in de toekomst goed en betaalbaar wonen blijven bieden, juist in de kleinere kernen. Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! dit ga je doen Je geeft leiding aan onderstaande disciplines binnen de afdeling Wonen en zorgt voor de samenhang, kwaliteit en continuïteit. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor: De afdeling werkt intensief samen met gemeenten, zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties, wijkpartners en andere corporaties om bij te dragen aan leefbare en sterke wijken. Ook valt de sturing op onze groen- en schoonmaakcontracten hieronder. Als manager Wonen geef je leiding aan dit veelzijdige team (36 FTE) en ben je, naast de directeur-bestuurder, manager Staf, manager Vastgoed en manager Bedrijfsvoering, lid van het managementteam (MT). Daarmee ben je ook een boegbeeld van de organisatie en (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het beleid en de prestaties van de nieuwe fusieorganisatie als geheel. Samen met je MT-collega's bouw je aan een toekomstgerichte organisatie, die er alles aan doet om de mensen die dat nodig hebben te huisvesten en collega's de ruim...
