Tilburg, Asteriastraat 4a 40 uur HBO Als Manager Workforce Management vertaal je vraag en doelen naar een maakbaar capaciteitsplan in ons gemechaniseerde warehouse. Je brengt rust in de drukte en houdt service, kosten en maakbaarheid in balans. Je bouwt aan een stevige planningsfunctie die datagedreven stuurt. Zo maak je onze operatie elke dag een beetje beter. Je werkt dichtbij de vloer en ziet snel resultaat van je keuzes. Wat doe je als Manager Workforce Management bij Coolblue? In het Magazijn, ook wel het Pakketpark genoemd verwerken we met 1000 Coolblue'ers elke dag tien duizenden bestellingen en de daarbij behorende retouren. Dit doen we allemaal vanuit Tilburg. Al deze producten hebben we zelf op voorraad. Vandaag besteld, morgen in huis. Beloofd. Je stuurt het volledige planningsproces aan, van forecast check tot dagsturing en scenario's. Je bouwt capaciteitsmodellen in BI en WMS, zodat mens en machine als één systeem draaien. Op basis van je modellen, de informatie die je ontvangt van engineers en de operatie bepalen wat de toekomstige recruitmentbehoefte zal zijn. Daarnaast zoek je continu naar de beste oplossingen om flexibiliteit te creëren, zowel voor Coolblue als voor de medewerker. Dit alles doe je in een zeer dynamische omgeving met uitsluitend eigen personeel. Dat maakt het een leuke uitdaging - ook tijdens piekmomenten zoals Black Friday. - Forecasts vertalen naar een maakbaar week- en dagplan met plan b en plan c. - Capaciteitsmodellen aanscherpen. - Samen met Operations en Supply Planning slim schuiven zonder ruis. - Scenario's klaarzetten voor piek en verstoring; nog voor het mis kan gaan. - Team van planners coachen en een volwassen werkwijze neerzetten. - Zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie richting stakeholders. ...
