In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de afdeling en geef je leiding aan de teamleiders, die op hun beurt hun eigen teams aansturen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat er dagelijks maximale waarde wordt toegevoegd voor onze adviseurs en verzekeraars. Als Manager Yinco Health ben jij het aanspreekpunt op tactisch en operationeel niveau en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de directie van Yinco. Je pakt zaken proactief op, zet de koers uit en zorgt ervoor dat de verdere groei van Yinco Health in goede banen wordt geleid. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang en samenwerking binnen de afdeling en ondersteunt de teamleiders in hun ontwikkeling en aansturing. Daarbij zorg je voor duidelijke structuren, efficiënte processen en een sterke samenwerking tussen teams. Met jouw helicopterview signaleer je kansen en verbeterpunten en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties die bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling.
