Iemand die goed luistert, maar ook knopen doorhakt als dat nodig is? En krijg je er energie van om samen met je teamleider te zorgen dat locaties goed draaien? Voor onze twee locaties in Houten en onze locatie in IJsselstein zoeken we een Manager ADL-assistentie (intern wordt de functie zo genoemd). Een stevige, toegankelijke manager die betrouwbaar en transparant is en doet wat hij of zij zegt. Wat kom je bij ons doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor drie locaties. Samen met de teamleider zorg je dat de basis op orde is: betrokken medewerkers, goede ADL-assistentie, gezonde financiën en teams die prettig en professioneel samenwerken. Je geeft je teamleiders vertrouwen en ruimte, maar bent er ook als een situatie om duidelijkheid of een besluit vraagt. Loopt het ergens niet lekker? Dan kijk je verder dan de cijfers. Je gaat naar de locatie, praat met de mensen en onderzoekt wat er speelt. Vervolgens bepaal je wat nodig is en zorg je dat afspraken ook worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij krijg je te maken met verschillende belangen van cliënten, medewerkers en de organisatie. Je luistert en weegt af, maar durft ook een beslissing te nemen als niet iedereen op één lijn zit. Naast de dagelijkse aansturing ben je verantwoordelijk voor personeel, financiën en bedrijfsvoering. Je hebt contact met ketenpartners en woningcorporaties, neemt deel aan overleggen en werkgroepen en draait mee in de bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Waarom deze locaties? Voor deze locaties is continuïteit extra belangrijk. Na een periode van veranderingen is het belangrijk om nu verder te zorgen voor een stevige basis.
