Je werkt als adviseur, soms meerdere opdrachten tegelijk, vaak in multidisciplinaire teams. Je bent projectleider én inhoudelijk expert, verantwoordelijk voor zowel de procesmatige als inhoudelijke voortgang. Daarnaast ben je thought leader die kennis deelt via publicaties en presentaties. Je stuurt projectteams aan en bouwt actief aan je netwerk om nieuwe kansen voor BMC te signaleren. Als Managing Consultant Jeugdzorg werk je aan strategische opdrachten zoals bijvoorbeeld: - Het ontwikkelen van een nieuwe regiovisie jeugdhulp voor samenwerkende gemeenten, inclusief het leiden van stakeholderssessies en het opstellen van implementatieplannen - Het begeleiden van transformatieprocessen bij jeugdzorgorganisaties, waaronder het herinrichten van werkprocessen en het coachen van managementteams - Het leiden van complexe inkooptrajecten jeugdhulp, van start tot implementatie - Het projectmanagement van regionale samenwerkingsverbanden, zoals het opzetten van expertteams of bijzondere zorgnetwerken - Het begeleiden van fusietrajecten tussen jeugdzorgorganisaties - Het leiden van verbeterprogramma's voor de toegang tot jeugdzorg, inclusief het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en het trainen van wijkteams. Functie-eisen Met circa 10 jaar ervaring als adviseur/ projectleider of bijvoorbeeld procesmanager in de jeugdzorg leid jij moeiteloos complexe verandertrajecten.
