Nieuw Vennep Managing Consultant Techniek Functie omschrijving In de rol van Managing Consultant Techniek ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team van 4 accountmanagers/consultants. Hierin ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden en vormen van een professioneel team. Je zorgt in overleg met de directie zelf voor je jaarplannen, commercie en personeelsbestand. Daarbij krijg je natuurlijk hulp van de staf indien gewenst. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Strategie en doelstelling vormen en bespreken met de directie; - Opstellen van businessplannen (meerjarenplan) en commerciële doelstellingen; - Opbouwen en uitbreiden van kandidaat- en klantrelaties; - Aansturing van de accountmanagers/consultants; - Verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de doelstellingen (KPI's); - Verantwoordelijk voor het financieel beheer; - Verantwoordelijk voor het niveau en de kwaliteit van het personeel; Functie eisen Voor deze rol zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren manager die beschikt over technische kennis en goede leiderschapsvaardigheden. Als Managing Consultant Installatietechniek draag jij verantwoordelijkheid voor het team, de doelstellingen, kwaliteit en de financiële resultaten. Jij weet het team goed op elkaar af te stemmen en de medewerkers te enthousiasmeren. Daarnaast heb je de volgende competenties: - 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de rol van Vestigingsleider, Teamleider, Business Unit Manager, Projectmanager of soortgelijk; - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding zoals bijvoorbeeld (MER) management, Economie en recht, of Bedrijfskunde; - Beschikken over een strategisch denkvermogen; - Is communicatief sterk en overtuigend op alle niveaus, communiceert op hoofdlijnen en verliest zich niet in details; - Is een sterke relatiebouwer.
