Als preventieadviseur draag je actief bij aan een veilige en gezonde werk- en leeromgeving voor zowel medewerkers als leerlingen. Je analyseert risico’s, formuleert onderbouwde adviezen en rapporteert nauwkeurig aan de directie. Dankzij jouw planmatige, doordachte en gestructureerde aanpak slaag je erin om preventiebeleid systematisch en cyclisch uit te bouwen en op te volgen.

Je bent stressbestendig, werkt oplossingsgericht en gaat steeds in dialoog met alle betrokken partijen. Met een pragmatische blik zoek je naar haalbare verbeteringen, waarbij veiligheid en welzijn steeds centraal staan. Door preventief te handelen en samen te werken met interne en externe partners, lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een kwaliteitsvolle en veilige organisatie.

Je bent in het bezit van het attest preventieadviseur: bij voorkeur niveau 1, minstens niveau 2.

Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van de regelgeving betreft welzijn op het werk.

Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma.

Je beschikt over technische kennis.

Je bent communicatief en kunt vlot werken met de toepassingen van MS Office en Outlook.

Je kan zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken.

Je bent leergiering en bereid tot bijscholing waar nodig.
