Krijg jij een kick van het verbeteren van bestaande en nieuwe processen? Als Manufacturing Engineer werk je samen om een NPI-proces op te zetten, te toetsen, te bewaken en bij te sturen. Kortom: een belangrijke rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Wat ga je doen?In samenwerking met afdeling Kwaliteit zorg je voor volledige en goed toegankelijke projectdocumentatie bij oplevering. Je plaatst afwijkende technische productdocumentatie in quarantaine en zorgt voor passende maatregelen om gestelde eisen alsnog te realiseren. Jouw werkzaamheden - Vertalen, uitleggen toepassing/werkwijze en toetsen van juist gebruik en verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande technische documentatie; - Toetsen, bewaken en waarborgen van de kwaliteit van zowel interne als externe processen; - Tussentijds controleren van en ondersteunen bij zowel het externe productieproces van de toeleveranciers als het interne assemblageproces van de productieafdeling; - In samenspraak met werkvoorbereiding en productie ontwikkelen van gereedschapstools (assemblagetools met tekenpakketten). Wat heb jij in huis? - Een hbo-opleiding in de richting Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek; - Kennis van kwaliteitsprocedures, projectmanagement, Lean, QRM en Six Sigma; - Beschikking over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels; - Je kunt cijfermatige managementinformatie perfect analyseren en interpreteren; - Je kunt goed plannen, bent accuraat en kunt zelfstandig werken.
