Onze klant is gelegen in de Antwerpse haven en biedt hun klanten totaaloplossingen aan op logistiek vlak. De activiteiten hebben betrekking op de gehele logistieke keten en omvatten opslag, warehousing, maritieme verpakking, CFS activiteiten, transport en logistiek. Zij hebben zowel vestiging op rechteroever als linkeroever.

Jobomschrijving

Als Expediteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van internationale zeevracht zendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier vlot, correct en volgens afspraak wordt afgehandeld. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en proactieve aanpak verlopen transporten efficiënt en blijven klanten optimaal geïnformeerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Beheer van import- en exportdossiers van A tot Z (80% export, 20% import).
  • Coördineren van zeevrachtzendingen en opvolgen van transportplanningen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, transporteurs, rederijen, agenten en andere logistieke partners.
  • Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van transport- en douanedocumenten.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en anticiperen op mogelijke knelpunten.
  • Verwerken en controleren van operationele gegevens en facturatie.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte dienstverlening en optimale klantbeleving.

Wij zoeken een Expediteur die het volgend lijstje kan afvinken:

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen expeditie, forwarding of internationale logistiek.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of bouwde gelijkwaardige ervaring op.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft kalm onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de gangbare MS Office-toepassingen, ervaring met Triss is een troef.
