In Merchtem, bij een toonaangevende speler in de multibrand fashion retail, wacht een unieke kans op jou: Marketeer. Hier krijg je de ruimte om jouw talenten te benutten en mee te bouwen aan slimme campagnes die zowel online als in onze winkels impact maken.

Wat ga je doen? Als Marketeer speel je een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelen van strategieën die klanten inspireren en binden. Of je nu al enkele jaren ervaring hebt of net uit de startblokken komt, jouw frisse ideeën en analytische aanpak zijn meer dan welkom. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van een effectieve e-mail- en loyaltystrategie
  • Het opzetten van geautomatiseerde customer journeys (welkom, activatie, retentie, reactivatie, beloningen)
  • Het creëren en beheren van klantsegmenten, dynamische content en scenario's voor triggered mails en bulkcampagnes
  • Het lanceren van aantrekkelijke e-mailcampagnes zoals nieuwsbrieven, promoties en productlanceringen
  • Het analyseren van resultaten (open rate, CTR, conversie) en continu verbeteren door middel van A/B-tests
  • Het bedenken van innovatieve experimenten om de effectiviteit van campagnes te verhogen
  • Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van ons loyaltyprogramma (tiers, puntenlogica, vouchers)
  • Samenwerken met copywriters, designers en developers om campagnes tot leven te brengen
  • Zorgen voor opt-in beheer en naleving van GDPR-regels
  • Trends signaleren en vertalen naar nieuwe kansen binnen e-mailmarketing

Wie ben jij? Of je nu een schoolverlater bent met relevante ervaring of al een aantal jaar actief bent in marketing of CRM, wij zoeken iemand die data kan omzetten in impactvolle acties. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in e-mailmarketing, CRM of loyalty marketing; schoolverlaters met relevante ervaring zijn ook welkom
  • Een sterk analytisch vermogen gecombineerd met een commerciële mindset
  • Hands-on ervaring met marketing automation tools; kennis van Bloomreach is een plus
  • Ervaring met A/B-testing en optimalisatie op basis van data
  • Begrip van segmentatie, personalisatie en customer journeys
  • Proactief ingesteld en nieuwsgierig naar innovatie
  • Uitstekende samenwerking skills; je bent een echte teamplayer
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
