- Entwicklung von Marketingkonzepten für Bauprojekte vom Projektstart bis zur Verwertung

- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnen

- Planung und Umsetzung von PR- und Medienarbeit für Neubauprojekte

- Erstellung von diversen Verkaufsunterlagen, Projektbeschreibungen und Drucksorten

- Gestaltung von digitalen und klassischen Werbemitteln

- Erfahrung mit der Contentpflege von Webseiten

Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Vertrieb/Grafikdesign

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Immobilienwirtschaft

- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse von den Adobe Creative Suite Tools

- Hohe digitale Affinität

- Einwandfreie Sprach- und Schreibkompetenz mit Freude daran, Immobilienthemen

in ansprechenden Marketing-Content zu verpacken

- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Teamplayer mit Can-Do- und Hands-on Mentalität

- Lösungsorientierung und Freude an eigenverantwortlicher Projektarbeit
