Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid, denkt in oplossingen en houdt focus op langdurige impact. - Je werkt al 2 tot 5 jaar met marketing automations, met praktijkervaring in CRM-implementaties en complexe workflows. - Je beschikt over sterke HubSpot-kennis en ervaring met configuratie, integraties en gebruikerstraining. - Je hebt proces- en projectmanagementvaardigheden, van architectuur tot implementatie en adoptie. - Je communiceert klantgericht en geeft trainingen en workshops aan uiteenlopende doelgroepen. - Je hebt een analytische denkwijze en zet data om in concrete verbeteringen voor klanten. Over de rol als marketing automation specialist In deze functie leid je digitale transformaties en bouw je systemen die jarenlang meegaan. Je werkt direct met klanten, traint hun teams en zorgt dat automations daadwerkelijk gebruikt worden. Zo maak je structurele impact op hun bedrijfsgroei. Dit kun je verwachten: - Je leidt CRM-implementaties van architectuur en configuratie tot go-live en gebruikersadoptie. - Je adviseert klanten over dataconversie, werkprocessen en integraties met andere systemen. - Je geeft trainingen en workshops, zowel digitaal als op locatie, en stimuleert actief het gebruik van CRM-systemen. - Je analyseert de adoptie van systemen binnen organisaties en zoekt cont...
