Daar zoeken we een ervaren, creatieve marketeer bij die niet alleen plannen maakt, maar ze vooral tot leven brengt.Als Marketing & Content Lead geef je richting aan ons contentteam én werk je zelf actief mee. Je ziet kansen, maakt keuzes en zorgt dat ideeën daadwerkelijk campagnes, content en zichtbaarheid worden.En dat doe je niet alleen op gevoel. Samen met onze Performance & Data Marketing Growth Lead gebruik je data en commerciële inzichten om te bepalen wat werkt, waar kansen liggen en wat beter kan. Jij vertaalt die inzichten vervolgens samen met het team naar sterke content en concrete marketingacties.Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de overkoepelende marketing en communicatie van Q Hospitality Group en werk je daarbij nauw samen met onze hotels, Sales, HR, Operations en directie.Wat ga je doen als Marketing & Content Lead?Je stuurt onze content marketeers en grafisch medewerker aan en bent tegelijkertijd zelf onderdeel van de actie. Je:· bedenkt en realiseert samen met het team en onze hotels campagnes, contentformats en activaties;· vertaalt data, performance en commerciële kansen naar concrete marketingacties;· bouwt aan sterke content voor socials, websites, e-mail, PR en andere relevante kanalen;· bewaakt de positionering, uitstraling en tone of voice van onze verschillende merken;· analyseert samen met Performance & Data welke content en campagnes werken en gebruikt die inzichten om continu te verbeteren;· bent regelmatig in onze hotels en restaurants om verhalen, momenten en commerciële kansen te ontdekken;· herkent PR-kansen en zorgt samen met hotels en externe partners dat bijzondere verhalen media-aandacht krijgen;
