Als Marketing Data Analist geef jij richting aan deze keuzes. Je vertaalt data naar scherpe inzichten, maakt complexe informatie begrijpelijk en helpt marketingteams en management om betere beslissingen te nemen. Je bouwt dus niet alleen dashboards, maar legt vooral uit waarom resultaten veranderen en welke actie daarop nodig is.

Je werkt met data van meerdere arbeidsmarktmerken, doelgroepen, landen en marketingkanalen. Daardoor is er veel te analyseren én zie je snel welk effect jouw inzichten hebben op campagnes, sollicitaties en groei.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt samen met allround marketeers, performance marketeers, BI-specialisten en de managementteams van de verschillende bedrijven binnen de organisatie.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Analyseren van marketingprestaties over verschillende merken, landen en kanalen - Ontwikkelen van dashboards waarmee teams direct kunnen sturen op de juiste KPI’s - Combineren van data uit onder andere GA4, CRM-systemen, het CDP, advertentieplatformen en interne databronnen - Signaleren van trends, afwijkingen en kansen en deze vertalen naar concrete aanbevelingen - Analyseren van experimenten en A/B-tests binnen verschillende customer journeys - Adviseren van marketing en management over campagnes, investeringen en groeikansen - Verbeteren van datakwaliteit, rapportages en meetbaarheid

Je helpt de organisatie om steeds meer te sturen op feiten in plaats van aannames. Daarbij maak je niet alleen zichtbaar wat er gebeurt, maar vooral waarom het gebeurt en welke vervolgstap nodig is.
