Jouw impact Als Marketing Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de marketingstrategie van Würth Nederland. Je vertaalt bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar krachtige marketinginitiatieven en zorgt voor een onderscheidende omnichannel klantbeleving. Je geeft leiding aan een professioneel marketingteam, brengt focus en structuur aan en stimuleert groei, eigenaarschap en samenwerking. Tegelijkertijd ben je een strategische sparringpartner voor de business en verbind je marketing met sales, e-business, shops en productmanagement. Kortom: een rol waarin je écht invloed hebt op de verdere groei en positionering van Würth Nederland. Dit breng jij mee - Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 8 jaar marketingervaring, waarvan meerdere jaren als leidinggevende. - Ervaring met omnichannel marketing binnen een commerciële B2B-omgeving. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen en realiseren van marketingstrategieën. - Affiniteit met data, digitalisering, marketing automation en marketingtechnologie. - Een coachende, verbindende leiderschapsstijl en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
