Met jouw strategische blik zorg je ervoor dat marketing volop bijdraagt aan de ambities en groei van Norah. - Uur per week: 32 - 40 - Locatie: Alkmaar Servicekantoor Wat ga je doen als Marketing Manager? In deze rol verbind je merk, klant en commercie en vertaal je dit naar impactvolle marketing. Je zorgt dat het verhaal van Norah op een herkenbare en inspirerende manier tot leven komt, van creatieve campagnes en relevante content tot sterke merkcommunicatie. - Het ontwikkelen van omnichannel campagnes die bijdragen aan merkbekendheid, klantbetrokkenheid en commerciële resultaten. - Het bewaken en doorontwikkelen van de brand- en visual identity van Norah. - Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het marketingteam en stimuleren van samenwerking en eigenaarschap. - Het ontwikkelen en uitbouwen van commerciële partnerships en aanvullende productcategorieën, zoals boeken, geurlijnen, onderhoudsmiddelen en woonaccessoires. - Het aansturen van marketingbureaus en andere externe partners. - Het analyseren van markt-, klant- en marketingdata en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen. - Het opstellen, bewaken en rapporteren van marketingbudgetten, resultaten en KPI's aan de directie. - Het optimaliseren van marketingprocessen en initiëren van vernieuwing. Wie ben jij? Je overziet het grotere geheel, maar verliest daarbij de details en de dagelijkse praktijk niet uit het oog. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner, neemt initiatief en weet wanneer je richting moet geven en wanneer je ruimte moet bieden. - Niveau : een afgeronde HBO+/WO-opleiding in Marketing, Communicatie, Commerciële Economie of een vergelijkbare richting. - Ervaring : Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende marketingrol & aantoonbare erv...
