DEINE AUFGABEN

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle unserer Unternehmensgruppe sowie Erstellung von Content

* Erstellung von Grafiken und Werbemitteln für Online- und Printmedien

* Betreuung und laufende Aktualisierung unserer Website

* Planung und Betreuung von Meta Ads sowie Google Ads

* Betreuung unserer Immobilienportale und digitalen Vermarktungskanäle

* Begleitung von Veranstaltungen, Projektterminen und Wohnungsübergaben

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Verkauf sowie externen Partnern und Agenturen

DEINE ANFORDERUNGEN

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Online-Marketing

* Erfahrung mit gängigen Grafik- und Marketingtools wie Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Meta Business Suite und Google Marketing Tools

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und kreative Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Führerschein Klasse B
