In Boven-Leeuwen zoekt een groeiende verffabriek een zelfstandige marketing medewerker voor een project van minimaal een half jaar. De organisatie telt ongeveer zestig medewerkers en kent een informele, laagdrempelige werksfeer waarin een persoonlijke benadering centraal staat. In deze functie breng je de markt grondig in kaart door actief in gesprek te gaan met landelijke dealers. Je inventariseert hun actuele behoeften, verwachtingen en knelpunten. De verkregen inzichten vertaal je naar een strategisch adviesrapport. Vervolgens bepaal je samen met het management welke concrete acties worden ingezet en coördineer je de uitvoering hiervan. Er is volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief om de marketingstrategie tot een succes te maken. Jouw takenpakket? - Marktonderzoek: Bezoeken van landelijke dealers om behoeften en knelpunten in de markt te analyseren. - Strategieontwikkeling: Vertalen van marktinzichten naar een onderbouwd adviesrapport en een vernieuwde marketingstrategie. - Afstemming: Overleggen met het management om prioriteiten en vervolgstappen helder vast te stellen. - Coördinatie: Uitrollen en coördineren van de gekozen vervolgacties binnen de organisatie. Dit ben jij! Jij bent analytisch ingesteld, communicatief vaardig en werkt graag zelfstandig. Je stapt gemakkelijk op dealers af, stelt de juiste vragen en weet informatie om te zetten in heldere adviezen.
