Voor onze opdrachtgever, een internationaal softwarebedrijf met onder andere vestigingen in Nederland, Denemarken en Canada, zoeken wij de marketing specialist die marketingprocessen naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Nederland en bent verantwoordelijk voor de Marketing Operations‑activiteiten voor zowel Nederland als Denemarken. Als Marketing Specialist zorg jij operationeel, middels marketing automation ervoor dat marketingcampagnes, workflows en datastromen schaalbaar en efficiënt draaien. Je wordt onderdeel van het lokale marketingteam (Growth Marketing, Paid Media en Marketing Manager) en werkt daarnaast intensief samen met internationale Marketing Operations & Digital teams in Duitsland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en global hoofdkantoor in Canada. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt het opzetten en uitvoeren van complete marketingcampagnes voor Nederland en Denemarken. - Je optimaliseert workflows en marketingautomatisering, gericht op efficiëntie, schaalbaarheid en standaardisatie. - Je zorgt voor een naadloze samenwerking tussen systemen, datastromen en campagneprocessen. - Je bewaakt datakwaliteit, systeemintegraties en segmentatie‑ - Je beheert lead imports, lead routing en de werkstromen richting SDR‑ en salesteams. - Je stemt lokale MarTech‑processen af met internationale marketing teams. - Je signaleert knelpunten en komt met duidelijke en uitvoerbare verbeteradviezen. - Je beheert marketingdashboards en rapportages voor performance‑ - Je analyseert multichannel campagnes en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete optimalisaties. - Je ondersteun...
