Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine vielseitige Person, die unsere Social-Media- und Content-Aktivitäten betreut und dabei eng mit unserem kreativen Team zusammenarbeitet. Es ist eine abwechslungsreiche Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kreation, Produktion und Kommunikation nach außen - ideal für jemanden, der gerne nah dran ist am kreativen Prozess und dabei mit anpackt, wo es gerade nötig ist.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Planung, Erstellung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Content (Instagram, Facebook & Co.)

* Erstellung von Foto- und Videomaterial für Social Media und Website

* Redaktionsplanung und laufende Betreuung unserer Kanäle

* Community-Management: Interaktion mit unserer Community, Beantwortung von Kommentaren und Nachrichten

* Unterstützung bei Marketing-Kampagnen und Newslettern

* Mithilfe bei der Produktion - von Vorbereitung über Koordination bis hin zu praktischer Unterstützung vor Ort

* Allgemeine organisatorische Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft des kreativen Teams

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativteam, Produktion und Marketing

Das bringst du mit:

* Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Content oder Marketing, idealerweise in einem kreativen Umfeld

* Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Freude daran, auch mal praktisch mit anzupacken

* Gespür für visuelles Storytelling und Freude am Umgang mit Bild- und Videomaterial

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Social-Media- und Content-Tools (z. B. Canva, Meta Business Suite, Planungstools)

* Verlässlichkeit, Diskretion und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Interesse an Design, Handwerk und Tradition
