In de regio Meulebeke krijg je de kans om als Marketingverantwoordelijke een cruciale rol te spelen binnen een dynamische bouwgroep die inzet op technische expertise, samenwerking en kwaliteit.

In deze functie geef je richting aan de marketingstrategie en werk je nauw samen met sales en externe partners om de merkbekendheid te vergroten. Je krijgt veel autonomie en de mogelijkheid om zichtbaar impact te maken op de uitstraling van meerdere bedrijven binnen de groep.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een sterke marketingstrategie afgestemd op commerciële doelstellingen en klantbehoeften.
  • Je stuurt marketingprojecten van concept tot resultaat, bewaakt budget, timing en kwaliteit.
  • Je bewaakt de merkconsistentie over alle kanalen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de commercieel directeur over acties, resultaten en KPI's.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales en externe partners om de merkbekendheid verder uit te bouwen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in een marketingfunctie, bij voorkeur in een B2B-omgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch en datagedreven, met oog voor commerciële impact.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt moeiteloos overzicht.
