Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir 1 Maschinenbediener_in 2-Schicht-Betrieb Deine Aufgaben:

* Bedienung und Überwachung der Klebemaschine im Produktionsprozess der Wellpappenerzeugung

* Rüsten, Einstellen und Anfahren der Maschinen gemäß Produktionsvorgaben

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards

* Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an der Maschine

* Kontrolle der produzierten Ware auf Maßhaltigkeit und Klebequalität

* Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen

* Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten und Qualitätskontrollen

Dein Profil:

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Produktion, bevorzugt im Bereich Wellpappe oder Verpackung

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Der Aufgabe entsprechend sind ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse vorhanden

* Faire und angemessene Bezahlung, die den Qualifikationen, der Verantwortung und den Marktstandards entspricht (KV-Mindestentlohnung LG 2 € 18,33 plus Schichtzulagen; LG 1 € 20,68 bei entsprechender Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung)
