* Bedienung, Kontrolle und Überwachung der Produktionsmaschinen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Laufende Qualitätskontrolle der hergestellten Papierprodukte

* Erfassung von Produktionsmengen, Maschinenlaufzeiten und eventuellen Störungen

* Umrüstung und Einstellung der Maschinen für unterschiedliche Produktionsprozesse

* Regelmäßige Reinigung der Anlagen und Sauberhalten des Arbeitsplatzes

Fachliche Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise bei der Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen

* Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache zum Verständnis von Arbeitsanweisungen und zur Kommunikation am Arbeitsplatz

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und gute Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen

* Selbstständigkeit und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für die übertragenen Aufgaben zu übernehmen

* Pünktlichkeit und konsequente Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Arbeitsabläufe

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb
