Aufgabengebiet

Du steuerst und bedienst industrielle Anlagen und Maschinen innerhalb unserer Papierverarbeitung und bist für deren Einrichtung und Umrüstung zuständig. Unsere Anlagen operieren automatisiert und computergesteuert, dabei bist du für die richtige Einstellung und einen störungsfreien Produktionsablauf verantwortlich.

Du bereitest die Prozesse, Rohstoffe, Betriebsstoffe und Materialien vor, überprüfst die Maschinen, nimmst sie in Betrieb und bedienst und überwachst sie während des gesamten Produktionsablaufes. Inspektionen und kleinere Wartungen führst du selbst durch, du tauscht Verschleißteile aus und befüllst die Maschinen regelmäßig mit Treibstoffen, Kühlwasser und Schmiermittel.

Im Zuge der Verantwortung analysierst du die Performance und führst laufend Schwachstellenanalysen durch - das Ziel ist immer größtmögliche Produktivität bei gleichzeitiger Einhaltung der geforderten Qualität und Zeitabläufe.

Innerhalb deiner Schicht bist du auch für die Führung des Maschinenhilfspersonals an deiner Maschine verantwortlich.

Voraussetzungen

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und hast schon einige Jahre in der industriellen Fertigung gearbeitet. Die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und anderen Standards ist für dich selbstverständlich.

Du bist bereit, im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten (2-Schicht, gelegentlich 3-Schicht) und dazu, flexibel auf Produktionsspitzen zu reagieren (Überstunden).

Laufende Fort- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen trägst du engagiert mit und bist auch gewillt, die notwendigen Führungsaufgaben zu übernehmen.
