Als Master Data Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de kwaliteit van de materiaalmasterdata. Je zorgt ervoor dat product- en materiaalgegevens in SAP ECC correct, volledig en actueel zijn en vlot beschikbaar zijn voor de verschillende afdelingen en gekoppelde systemen.

Je werkt nauw samen met Supply Chain, IT en andere interne stakeholders om de datakwaliteit te waarborgen, voert controles uit en lost dataproblemen op. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen aan masterdata-processen en ondersteun je systeemwijzigingen en optimalisatieprojecten.

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

-Beheren en onderhouden van materiaalmasterdata in SAP ECC en gekoppelde systemen.

  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en consistentie van masterdata.
  • Uitvoeren van datavalidaties en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van datakwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Documenteren van masterdata-processen, datastromen en werkinstructies.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om processen te verbeteren.
  • Ondersteunen bij systeemwijzigingen, upgrades en toekomstige migratieprojecten.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een efficiëntere en betrouwbaardere dataomgeving.

Profiel

Je bent een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde professional met een sterk analytisch inzicht. Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

  • Daarnaast beschik je over: · Een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring. · Ervaring met SAP ECC, bij voorkeur binnen de modules Material Management (MM) en/of Production Planning (PP). · Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office. · Kennis van Objective en/of Bartender is een pluspunt. · Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en een vlotte kennis van het Engels. · Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende interne stakeholders. · Een proactieve houding en een voortdurende focus op verbetering.
